The current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak presents a significant change for us all. As a caring and responsible supplier to the healthcare sector, we are taking active precautions to ensure your care home and your residents are best protected by minimising any potential health impact as well as continuing to deliver our high quality services. This is all in line with our company purpose – to honour our loved ones with dignity.
There will be no change to our routine deliveries. However to lessen the risk of person to person transmission, deliveries will now take place outside of buildings. If this is a change to your current requirements, we will discuss this with you and agree the most convenient place to deliver goods.
Wherever possible we are minimising external meetings and will be keeping in contact via telephone, email or skype. Where this is not possible, all our colleagues will follow thorough hygiene practices for the protection of us all.
Demand for some products such as hand sanitiser gel and facemasks have increased significantly and we are currently out of stock on many of these items. We can however supply some suitable alternatives to our standard stock items and these will be offered to you wherever they are available. If you have placed an order for any out of stock items, we will contact you directly.
We will keep you informed as and when stocks are replenished. Stocks of all other products remain at optimum levels.
Please be assured that we are reinforcing hygiene practices throughout the company and we are closely monitoring updates to review and respond to the nature, scale and location of the threat. We will update you should our position change.
