As your care home continues to take every precaution to ensure the safety of residents and colleagues, at CareHomeLife we are also doing all we can to delay the spread of COVID-19 whilst continuing to support you, ensuring as best as possible demands for supplies are met, as well as to help and inform wherever we can. This is all in line with our company purpose – to honour our loved ones with dignity.
Increased demand for products
Demand continues to increase and our team are working hard to continue a consistent supply of goods to all our care home customers. We are politely requesting that all customers be considerate with their orders, keeping orders to standard volumes.
We are currently out of stock of surgeon’s facemasks, hand gel and some surface cleansing products, yet will offer suitable alternatives wherever these are available.
Please be assured the majority of our stock remains at optimum levels. If you have placed an order for any out of stock items we will contact you directly to advise on delivery.
There remains no change to our routine deliveries. Our delivery drivers will continue to supply to the entrance of your care home, or a place of your choosing outside of the care home.
It is important we provide any information we can to help you to protect yourselves, your colleagues and the residents you care for. Please be assured that we continue to reinforce stringent hygiene practices throughout the company, as well responding to the government’s advice on social distancing including some of our colleagues now working from home.
